"Cette obscure clarté qui tombe des étoiles".
I read this quote from "Le Cid" years ago and it was only recently that it inspired this series. I usually shoot in the daylight but I wanted to try something different so I shot in the dark of night, far from the city, the only available light being a car's headlights. In the five photos, I wanted the light to focus on different parts of the body. In fact, it's as if the light and shadows shape the body and reveal what we see. Some parts are hidden, some parts can be guessed and some are obvious. That's what's moved me at that moment.
